As promised, Cheesy Green Onion Sour Cream Cornbread.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add all other ingredients apart from one handful of grated cheese.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until done.
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 15 oz. can cream corn
- 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 tbs. dried chives
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 6 oz. sharp white cheddar, grated
- 6 oz. pepper jack cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 vegetable oil, and more for the pan
